This e-book has come about because we felt that there was a need for recipes that are not demanding in regards to equipment and method but are interesting, tasty and healthy.
Devised with travelers in mind the recipes are also suitable for beginners and home cooks.cWhether camping with a swag or a five wheeler, there is no need to subsist on prepackaged convenience foods or hard to come by expensive takeaways. Nutritious, economical and exciting meals can be enjoyed far from home too.
Nerys has lived on the road for many years traveling first in a pop up, then a Coaster and currently in a 4 x 4 towing a caravan. Nirala’s bush travel began in the early seventies when she crossed the Nullabor in a Bongo van with a new baby, dog and husband. She has since progressed to a slide on camper carried by a 4 x 4 utility.
